Training

Continuous improvement is only possible with continuous training and education. We have weekly meetings both in the office and at the jobsite to train our employees on standard procedures, jobsite specific objectives and company systems and policies. We facilitate communication both internally, and externally, and encourage a sharing of information and experience. We provide regular education on technical issues, excavations, hoisting, concrete techniques, contractibility details, value engineering, safety and quality assurance.
