FIELD ENGINEERS are responsible for setting up Total Stations, building levels, reading drawings, performing computations, coordinating work, and performing layout. A high school diploma or equivalent and construction experience preferred.

PROJECT ENGINEERS provide administrative and technical services in the fields of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline and four years of applicable experience.

PROJECT MANAGERS are responsible for the administrative and technical management of the project and for the supervision of all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule. Qualifications include a bachelors’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline and nine years of applicable experience.

SUPERINTENDENTS are responsible for the timely, cost effective placement of the contracted work, and for the supervision of all field construction work. They also implement and enforce all pertinent safety and quality control policies and procedures. Qualifications include ten years of field supervisory experience in construction of major commercial and/or institutional building projects.
