STOCKTON, California – F&H Construction has
broken ground on the much-anticpated modernization of King
Elementary School campus, which is located within the Stockton
Unified School District. The $6.12 million project - being
performed pursuant to a Lease-Lease Back Agreement with the
District – will include construction of interim classrooms,
modification of existing site work and grading, and extensive
improvements to the school’s power, data, fire alarm systems.
In addition, F&H Construction will be modernizing the entire
existing campus to provide new classroom partition walls,
ceilings, floor and wall finishes. Additional improvements will
also be made at under-utilized areas to allow for additional
classrooms, together with improvements at the existing kitchen
and bathrooms to provide full accessibility compliance.
F&H Construction has teamed with the
District’s project architect, Taylor Teeter Partnership, and is
slated to complete the project during the Summer of 2012.
