ACAMPO, California – Construction of the new Oak View Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room & Gymnasium Project is nearing completion. 

The new facility, which has been under construction for approximately nine months, included demolition of an existing building, site work, new utility connections and on-site distribution, fire water storage and pump system.  Once completed, the new gymnasium building will serve to modernize the existing Oak View Elementary School campus.  The facility will serve multiple functions, providing the students with a full gymnasium for sporting events, as well as kitchen and cafeteria.  In addition, the completed project may also serve as a functional event center and gathering hall to serve the diverse needs of the District and its community.
