STOCKTON,
California – The Port of Stockton has selected F&H Construction
as the general contractor to undertake the first phase of its
new Emergency Response and Communications (“ER&C”) Project.
This
three-phase project is scheduled to break ground during the
Summer months of 2011. Phase I will consist of demolition and
removal of existing communication antennas, concrete footings
and adjacent building/structures, along with various other steps
needed to prepare for site grading. Phase II will consist of
site grading for the future ER&C building, including import and
placement of fill dirt, relocation and installation of water
lines and appurtenances, and provisions for sanitary sewer
facilities and storm drain/sewer system. Phase III generally
consists of site finishing of an existing parking lot for the
ER&C building, including provision for electrical services,
storm sewer, and parking infrastructures.
