STOCKTON, California - F&H Construction has
reached a key milestone in its construction of a new structure
situated within Turning Basin Business Park, adjacent to the
Stockton Deep Water Channel. In keeping with the project’s
challenging schedule demands, F&H Construction has completed
placement of the foundation & slab; and erection of structural
steel members.
In what is the third phase of this particular development, F&H
Construction was selected as the general contractor to construct
the new office building shell along with extensive tenant
improvements. Currently, the project is planned for use as
administrative offices for the United States Department of
Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Upon its completion, the
facility will boast approximately 22,000 square feet of office
space for enforcement staff as well as temporary detention
facilities for illegal immigrants awaiting deportation.
The project is currently slated for completion during the Fall
of 2011. |
