This design-build seven level
open parking structure, consists of 236,100 square feet
total. The parking structure is located adjacent to
the Arena Stadium in downtown Stockton, California.
The project was built with precast, prestressed beams and
girders with cast in place post-tensioned slabs. It
includes: 592 parking stalls and 16,997 sq. ft. of
office/retail space. |

This parking structure is located next to the City Center
Cinema. The project was built with precast,

and 7,500 sq. ft. of office/retail space. |

Dean DeCarli
Waterfront Square

Previously a covered portion of
the Stockton Channel, Dean DeCarli Waterfront Square serves
as a catalyst site connecting the Stockton Waterfront and
Central Business District. 70,000 square foot public plaza
complete with step seating, a fountain, trellis structure
and other open space amenities. A Brownfield success story
and winner of the EPA's prestigious Phoenix Award in 2002.
The Square was named in honor of former Mayor and City
Council member Dean DeCarli and was named. An Association
between F&H Construction and Turner Construction. |

Lodi Parking Structure

| Description: |
The City of Lodi new parking
structure, a 329 stall parking structure which includes
14,000 square feet of retail/office space for lease to serve
the Lodi Mulit-Modal Station. This Multi-use structure
incorporates parking for downtown businesses with parking
for patrons of Amtrak, greyhound, Lodi GrapeLine and SFRTD
Transit Service . |

Stockton
Southern Pacific Depot

| Description: |
This project involves the
adaptive reuse of the historic Stockton Southern Pacific
Depot. The brick Clad, Mediterranean Italianate style
building features a clay tile roof and tall arched windows.
The two Story 17,000 square foot building has extensive
interior natural light provided though a succession of large
arched windows crowned by a wide plaster frieze. Wide
suspended canopies cover the front and rear entry portals.
The two story grand waiting room has marble floors,
decorative custom chandeliers, and gilded column capitals.
The building is a city-listed historical building and meets
all requirements to become listed nationally. This site is
used as an intermodal facility for both train routes, San
Joaquin Regional Transit District, Dial-A-Ride, Greyhound
and other local transit services. |

Mary Graham Children's Shelter

| Description: |
The construction of five separate
wood framed buildings, totaling 35,000 square feet, within a
4 ½ acres campus. The infrastructure included landscaping,
site work for the residential cottages, a reception intake
facility, and services building. The shelter houses infants
to teens younger than 18 of age. Each year nearly 1,400 of
the most severely abused, abandoned and neglected are housed
at Mary Graham Children's Shelter with the average stay of
14 days. Children in our County find hope at the Mary Graham
Children's Shelter. |
