Hunter Street, Weber Avenue and El Dorado Street. |

2,400 seat, stadium-style theatre is a state-of-the-art
facility with 8,630 s.f. of attendant retail space.
The project was completed by working with the City of Lodi
and included the coordinated design and construction of two
city blocks of street improvement in 210 days. |

G. Spanos Center, a 6,150-seat arena built in 1981. The
Arena is home to the University of Pacific Tigers and is
host to athletic events, concerts, ceremonies and other

Hutchins Street Square

The Performing Arts and
Conference Center in Lodi, California was reconstructed with
a 789-seat theatre complete with an orchestral pit, a
majestic 65-foot rotunda and multi-purpose meeting rooms
with connecting lobbies. F&H Construction overcame the
obstacles presented and completed this project on time and
in budget. |
